September 27th, 2010 - At the Bad Griesbach Balloon Meeting end of August, Matthias fulfilled a dream of a lifetime: The first flight in his own balloon. D-OSBK, as the callsign reads, is not selfmade however - that would have been a tough task to do, as the balloon holds a volume of 3000 cubic meters (105000 cu ft)... ;-)

August 29th, 2010 - Bristol Balloon Fiesta 2010 Even a rainy weekend like this one does have its advantages - we've just finished the report and pictures from our visit to this year's Balloon Fiesta at Bristol! And though the weather was not really nice either, we had quite a lot of fun there! :-)

August 27th, 2010 - Balloon Meeting Landshut cancelled Due to the bad weather forecast for the weekend, the Balloon Club of Landshut has decided to cancel the Balloon Meeting as well as the Model Balloon Meeting completely. The air show for the 60th anniversary of the Air Sport Club of Landshut on Sunday will take place nevertheless.

August 18th, 2010 - The Fire Brigade Festival at Grevenbrueck marked the start of our big summer tour 2010. On their way to the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta, Matthias and Maria had a break in the "Sauerland", to present our Pingu balloon at the local Fire Brigade Festival...

August 16th, 2010 - A very special Balloon Meeting took place in Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic, in early June - and we took the unique opportunity to go there! Balloon pilot Tomas Hora had invited all "second generation balloonists" to come - and as this applies to Matthias as well as Basti, both of them were part of the party! ;-)

August 1st, 2010 - Update! Summer's here - time to finally upload the photos of the springtime balloon meetings ;-)
In the beginning of May, we again visited the

"Eglofser Feuerzauber", and on the Whitsun weekend, Matthias and Maria took part in the

Youth Camp of the Balloon Club of Stuttgart.

June 20th, 2010 - A dream come true... Earlier this spring, Matthias made a long cherished dream come true: To bring his Penguin to Ireland! Together with him on the journey to the "Trim Balloon Fiesta" were his girlfriend Maria, Elfi and Martin from Rosenheim and Sabine, Luc and Bram from Belgium - a truly outstanding experience!

March 30th, 2010 - Tegernsee follow-up Again, it has taken some time, but here they are, the pics from this year's Balloon Meeting at Tegernsee. Due to the unpleasant weather conditions, only one flight was possible for the big balloons, but a nice night glow and the funny supporting programme made it up to us...

January 21st, 2010 - Winter prelude at Gosau In early January, the Dachstein Alpen-Trophy at Gosau marked the start of our ballooning year - and though the weather was rather unsettled, we had some funny days in the snow, chasing behind our model balloons, swishing down the slopes and of course enjoying the Austrian cuisine...
