... at Wattwil! Once every year, teams from several fire brigades all over
Switzerland meet there to prove their skills in maneuvring their fire trucks.
For the fringe events, the organizers had booked our balloons, just like the year
before, but back then the penguin could only lauch one time until upcoming rain
forced him back to the ground.
This year, it was the wind which troubled the penguin - with some gusts coming
up, the "pingu" loses any interest in flying and prefers to lie on the ground.
Nevertheless, the cat, penguin and our colourful D-MINI could take off eight times
altogether.
In the meantime, the firemen solved their various tasks which demanded skill in
maneuvring the trucks as well as physical fitness. Besides parking and precise
maneuvring they also had to do some rope skipping and pump water with a
hand pump.
